Chef Willi Nordby's work is rooted in the authentic organic expression of food from garden, pasture, forest and sea... and in the joy of a convivial dining atmosphere. Nordby is a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America at Greystone, and a Level One Sommelier. Most recently the Executive Chef at Picco and Pizzeria Picco in Larkspur, California, Nordby honed his style working in Napa for 10 years (Torc, La Toque, Oenotri, and Martini House). His childhood spent foraging, fishing and hunting the wilds of the Pacific Northwest influences his work to this day.
